AC Repairing Trainer –

Position: AC Repairing Trainer

Department: Technical Training

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

· Provide practical training on Split AC, Window AC, and Inverter AC.

· Train students in AC installation, servicing, maintenance, and repairing.

· Teach refrigeration cycle and the functions of compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion device, etc.

· Provide hands-on training in refrigerant charging, gas leakage testing, and vacuuming.

· Teach electrical wiring, capacitor, relay, PCB, sensors, and troubleshooting.

· Demonstrate diagnosis and repair of common AC faults.

· Conduct practical sessions and evaluate students' performance.

· Train students in the safe and proper use of AC tools and equipment.

· Prepare practical assignments, training material, and assessments.

· Mobilization

Qualification & Skills

· ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification preferred.





· 6 Month –5 years of practical experience in AC servicing and repairing.

· Solid knowledge of Split, Window, and Inverter AC systems.

· Good troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.

· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

· Good communication and teaching skills.

Preferred Experience

· Experience as an AC Technician, Service Engineer, or Technical Trainer.

· Experience in Inverter AC and PCB troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Salary :- 20000 to 25000

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
