Position: Cybersecurity Trainer & Services Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Trainer & Services Executive who can deliver technical training and also support cybersecurity service projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of networking, security operations, and cloud technologies, along with good communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Training Responsibilities

- Conduct online and offline training sessions for CCNA, SOC, and Cloud Security/Cloud Services.
- Prepare practical demonstrations, labs, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and working professionals.
- Monitor learner performance, attendance, assignments, and practical activities.
- Update training content according to current industry practices.

Cybersecurity Services Responsibilities

- Assist in delivering cybersecurity services and technical projects for clients.
- Support SOC monitoring, security analysis, network security, vulnerability assessment, and cloud security activities.
- Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and security assessments.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions,



and project-related activities when required.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of CCNA / Networking fundamentals.
- Practical understanding of SOC operations and security monitoring.
- Knowledge of Cloud Services / Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both online and offline environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 1.3–3 years of relevant industry/training experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Security+, AWS/Azure certifications, or SOC-related certifications will be an advantage.
