About the Role
Collabera is hiring Trainees – Prior Authorization for a leading AI-driven Healthcare Organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain with structured training and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process prior authorization requests for healthcare services.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain approvals.
- Follow up on pending authorization requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
- Ensure quality and compliance with client guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs.
- Diploma, Arts & Science, Engineering or Any UG graduates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of BPO experience can also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).
Compensation & Benefits
- 1st Month: 7,500 Stipend.
- From 2nd Month (Training Period): 13,500 Take-Home Salary.
- After 11 months of training: Eligible for employee benefits and salary revision as per company norms.
