Pass-out Year: 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join the PreAuthorization team in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process pre-authorization requests for healthcare services.
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain prior authorizations.
- Follow up on pending authorization requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with client and healthcare process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2023 to 2026 Pass-outs.
- HSC (12th Pass) is Mandatory.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Engineering graduates are not eligible for this role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with 0–2 years of BPO experience can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift).

Compensation
- Freshers: 15,900 Take-Home Salary.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of BPO Experience: Up to 20,000 Take-Home
