Are you an LLB graduate from Calicut with a strong interest in Intellectual Property Law? or a any Post Graduate who wants to build a career in paralegal services? FIRSTCOMPANi is looking for a Trademark Coordinator to be the link between our clients, our IP lawyers and our internal team.

FIRSTCOMPANi helps entrepreneurs and businesses across Kerala with company formation, compliance and brand protection. In this role, you won't be filing or drafting. You'll make sure every trademark matter moves smoothly from start to finish, and that every client always knows where they stand

What you'll do

- Coordinate with our IP lawyers on trademark applications, objections, hearings and renewals
- Act as the bridge between the client, the lawyer and the internal team
- Collect documents and information from clients and pass them to the lawyers
- Track the status of every application and keep internal records up to date




- Explain each stage to clients in easy terms and guide them on next steps
- Follow up on deadlines so nothing is missed
- Keep trackers, client databases and case files accurate and organised

Who we're looking for

- LLB graduate with a strong interest in IP Law
- Understanding of the trademark process in India, or a willingness to learn it quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong data management skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Organised, proactive and comfortable handling several clients at once
- Freshers are welcome to apply
