- Monitor and track company vehicles through GPS/tracking systems.
- Coordinate with drivers, supervisors and the operations team.
- Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, delays and route deviations.
- Follow up with drivers for timely reporting and trip completion.
- Update daily tracking details in Excel/ERP.
- Prepare daily tracking and vehicle movement reports.
- Immediately escalate breakdowns, delays and operational issues.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of tracking-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and handle follow-ups.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
