Acts as the vital link between a hospital, patients, and insurance companies or government health schemes to manage cashless treatments and insurance claims

- Pre-Authorization & Approvals: Submit cashless pre-authorization forms, estimate requests, and enhancement letters to insurance providers or TPA portals upon patient admission.

- Claim Processing & Management: Compile, verify, and submit final hospital bills and medical records post-discharge to secure timely claim settlements.

- Patient Communication: Explain coverage limits, co-payments, and non-payable items to patients and keep them updated on approval statuses.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with doctors for justification notes and discharge summaries, and collaborate with the billing department to reconcile accounts.

- Query Resolution: Answer deficiencies or queries raised by insurance companies within required deadlines to prevent claim rejections.
