About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tour Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with tour planning, itinerary preparation, quotations, bookings, supplier coordination, and day-to-day tour operations.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who wants to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. Candidates with an educational background in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and preparing travel itineraries according to client requirements.
- Prepare tour quotations, costing sheets, and travel-related documents.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
- Handle booking confirmations and follow-ups with suppliers.
- Communicate with clients and travel partners through email, phone, and other channels.
- Assist in managing day-to-day tour operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, quotations, and operational details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.




- Follow up on pending confirmations, and operational requirements when required.
- Assist the senior team members with other travel-related tasks and projects.

Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Robust organisational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and an interest in the tourism industry.
