Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tour Coordinator to join our travel team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customized and group tours, communicating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth arrangements throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate customized travel itineraries.
- Prepare and share tour quotations, itineraries, and travel details.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other suppliers.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, bookings, and payments.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed accurately and on time.
- Assist clients before and during their trip and resolve travel-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, client details, payments, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as ticketing, visa, accounts, and sales.
- Follow up with clients after the trip for feedback and future requirements.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in a Tour Coordinator / Travel Consultant / Travel Executive role.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of preparing itineraries and travel quotations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and manage bookings efficiently.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.
