Role : TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) Lead - Migration/Upgrade

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) Lead with strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents development, migration/upgrades, production support and technical leadership.

The role involves leading an offshore engineering pod responsible for analyzing, refactoring, testing, deploying and stabilizing TIBCO BusinessEvents applications as part of a BE 5.x to BE 6.x upgrade/migration program.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead offshore engineering activities for TIBCO BusinessEvents migration/upgrade.
- Analyze existing BE applications and remediate migration/scanner findings.
- Handle deprecated APIs, legacy syntax, changed classes, channel compatibility and custom Java extensions.
- Work on BE Rules, Decision Tables and Event Channels.
- Support TIBCO EMS integrations and Java-based extensions.
- Perform development, testing, deployment and stabilization across DEV, QA, PTEST and PROD.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Troubleshoot production defects,



performance and integration issues.
- Support production cutovers, parallel-run validation, discrepancy analysis and hypercare.
- Perform performance tuning and support cluster/failover/HA environments.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality.
- Lead and mentor offshore team members and coordinate with onshore stakeholders.
