Job Summary

Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Software Tester / QA Tester with 2–5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing web applications, identifying and reporting defects, performing regression testing, and working closely with developers to ensure software quality. Candidates with experience in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, API testing, or similar automation tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform manual testing and automation testing of software applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using suitable automation tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes and new releases.
- Test application functionality across different browsers and environments.
- Perform basic API testing and database/SQL testing where required.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases, test results, and testing documentation.
- Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency.




- Ensure software releases meet expected quality standards.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Positive understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Experience with any automation framework/tool such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UI Testing.
- Basic understanding of API Testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Database Testing is an advantage.
- Experience with bug/defect tracking tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certification in Software Testing/QA is an advantage but not mandatory.
