Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end manual testing activities and QA team.

- Create test plans, test cases, and execution reports.

- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with business, development, and QA stakeholders.

- Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely delivery.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Manual, Functional, Regression, and SIT/UAT Testing.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
