Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Testing Lead with strong hands-on experience in document accessibility testing and team handling. The candidate will lead a team of accessibility testers and oversee testing across digital documents, web, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 accessibility testers .
- Plan, allocate, monitor, and review testing activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform and review accessibility testing of documents — testing only, not document remediation.
- Mandatory hands-on testing experience with:
- PDF
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT)
- EPUB/ePub
- Test accessibility of web and mobile applications .
- Perform manual accessibility testing using screen readers and accessibility tools.
- Validate keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, color contrast, document structure, tagging, reading order, headings, links, tables, and other accessibility criteria .
- Review defects,



prepare test reports, and ensure accurate documentation of findings.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to accessibility testing standards and processes.
- Collaborate with QA, developers, content teams, and other stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of Accessibility Testing experience
- Proven team handling/leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Document Accessibility Testing
- Mandatory experience testing PDF, Word, PPT, and EPUB
- Experience in Web Accessibility Testing
- Experience in Mobile Accessibility Testing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, or TalkBack
- Strong defect reporting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Requirement Candidates must have hands-on experience in accessibility/document testing, not document remediation.
