Job Summary

ANI Integrated Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tendering / Estimation Executive with experience in Electrical, Instrumentation or EC&I; projects. The candidate will be responsible for tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, techno-commercial evaluation and preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering and estimation activities, including enquiries, tender documents, clarifications, BOQs and submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, BOQs and price bids.
- Review project specifications, drawings, scope of work and client requirements.
- Identify required materials and services and coordinate with Procurement and Engineering teams.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Contracts teams.
- Support vendor evaluation and maintain vendor databases.




- Ensure tender submissions comply with client requirements, company policies and applicable industry standards.
- Support pricing, costing and commercial evaluation for Electrical / Instrumentation / EC&I; project requirements.

Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in Tendering / Estimation / Proposal Engineering.
- Experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, E&I; or EC&I; projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, estimation and techno-commercial evaluation.
- Experience in preparing RFQs, vendor comparisons, technical/commercial bids and tender submissions.
- Experience in EPC / industrial projects will be preferred.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidates having experience in both Electrical and Instrumentation / EC&I; tendering and estimation will be preferred. Candidates with strong Electrical tendering and estimation experience with relevant EC&I; exposure may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
