About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering and bidding process, from identifying relevant opportunities to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of government and private-sector tendering processes, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with technical, finance, legal, and business teams.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids while maintaining compliance with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant government, PSU, corporate, and infrastructure tenders through various tender portals and sources.
- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOI, NITs, and other bid documents to understand eligibility, scope, technical requirements, commercial terms, and submission conditions.
- Prepare and manage complete tender documentation, including technical, commercial, financial, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Business Development, Technical, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Management for preparation of bids.
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure that all mandatory documents, forms, declarations, certificates, and annexures are completed accurately.
- Coordinate for EMD, Tender Fee, Performance Bank Guarantee, Security Deposit, and other financial requirements wherever applicable.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in accordance with tender specifications.




- Ensure timely submission of tenders through relevant e-tendering portals and physical submission channels, wherever required.
- Monitor tender corrigenda, amendments, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and changes in submission requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, bid status, deadlines, results, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients/departments for tender-related queries, clarifications, and post-bid requirements.
- Track tender outcomes, participate in post-bid activities, and coordinate documentation for awarded projects.
- Support contract documentation, work orders, LOAs, and related commercial formalities after successful bids.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of tender records for audit and future reference.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor participation to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular tender status reports, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Tender Management / Bid Management / Tendering / Proposal Management.
- Strong understanding of government and PSU tendering processes.
- Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and online bid submission processes.
- Robust knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms,



and compliance requirements.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF/document management tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in infrastructure, road infrastructure, technology, AI/Computer Vision, construction, engineering, GIS, smart mobility, or government projects will be an added advantage.
