Role Description This full-time, in office Tendering Manager/Tender Manager/Bid Manager role is based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The role involves leading the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating technical and commercial inputs from internal stakeholders.

The Tendering

Manager prepares and reviews bid proposals, cost estimates, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with specifications, and alignment with company strategy. Daily activities include liaising with clients and government bodies, managing timelines, organizing internal reviews and approvals,



and maintaining records of bids and outcomes. The role also supports pricing strategies, risk assessment, and collaboration with procurement, sales, and project management teams to improve bid competitiveness and win rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including documentation, compliance review, and bid coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and related vendor coordination to support accurate costing and sourcing for tenders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and client relationship management to identify opportunities and support negotiation and bid presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to handle timelines, resource coordination, and post-award handover to execution teams.
- Relevant experience in civil infrastructure or construction tendering, preferably with government projects and large-scale contracts.
- Ability to analyze technical drawings, BOQs, and contractual terms; strong numerical and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals and documentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
