Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or lead list.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Pitch our products/services, identify customer needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Inbound Query Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, address queries, resolve basic complaints, and provide accurate product information.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for senior sales representatives.

Database Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and notes in the CRM/database in real time.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up with warm leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
