We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help us connect with potential customers and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generated leads.

Follow up with leads received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.

Understand customer requirements and identify qualified prospects.

Explain ApnaLead's services clearly and professionally.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.

Schedule meetings, calls, demos, or appointments for the sales team.

Update lead details, call status, follow-up dates, and remarks in the CRM.

Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team when required.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

Work toward lead qualification, appointment generation, and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.





Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.

Confident and professional on phone calls.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets / Excel is preferred.

Ability to handle objections and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.

Prior telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or real-estate calling experience will be an advantage.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with experience in telecalling, real estate, digital marketing, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support will be preferred.
