Roles and Responsibilities :

- Make 50-60 calls daily to internal team members to identify and resolve their queries and concerns related to Home Loan products.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues and requests.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding Home Loan processes and related matters.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, discussions, and follow-ups in MS Excel.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments and track them until closure.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams to support business operations.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards while handling calls.

Key Skills Required :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.




- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, organize work effectively, and meet daily productivity expectations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 1 to 6 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Voice Process, or Coordination roles (preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, or Home Loan industry).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
