We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Tele Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers over the phone, understand their insurance requirements, explain suitable insurance products, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.
- Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to insurance products.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Follow company and regulatory guidelines while selling insurance products.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of [regional language] preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
