Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop robust relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell ERP/CRM software
- Provide product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers via phone or Zoom
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related field (ERP/CRM/ Software).
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.Com., etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting purposes.
