Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a B2B Telesales Executive to generate leads and develop business opportunities through outbound calling and regular follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and business clients . Generate and qualify new leads through telecalling.

Explain solar products, pricing, and offerings to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.



Solid B2B sales and follow-up skills. Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Good Hindi & English communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM . Solar/Electrical/EPC industry experience will be an advantage. EligibilityGraduation preferred. 1–3 years of experience in B2B Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Candidates with experience in the solar, electrical, inverter, or EPC industry will be preferred.
