Handle inbound inquiries regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc. Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications. Maintain a database of customers and update call records. Follow up with interested customers regarding documentation and the process. Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan approvals. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
