Role overview

Help customers choose products over the phone and through WhatsApp follow-ups. Encourage them to visit the store and buy, keep customer records up to date, and check details with the store team so customers get the right information and good service.

Key responsibilities

 Call assigned customers and leads, understand their needs and explain suitable products.

 Follow up by phone and approved WhatsApp messages to encourage store visits and sales.

 Share approved prices, offers and product details; confirm stock and delivery options with the store team.

 Keep customer and lead records up to date, track follow-ups and send daily reports.

 Work towards agreed call and sales targets while respecting customer privacy and contact preferences.

Candidate requirements

 12th pass or above; a graduate qualification is an advantage.

 English, Bengali and Hindi are all necessary for the role, along with confidence in customer conversations.

 Fluency in Bengali is required; Nepali is an advantage.

 Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or retail sales is required.

 Minimum 3 years of prior experience.

 Good AI knowledge is important for this role.





 Advanced Excel and great Google Sheets skills are significant.

 Data entry skills; comfortable using WhatsApp Business and computer-based record keeping.

 Should know the follow-up process and sales conversion process, from first enquiry to closing the sale.

 Interest in electronics and willingness to learn product features, pricing and store processes.

 Consistent follow-up, organisation and accurate data entry.
