About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.




- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Ability to handle sales objections and work under targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Freshers can apply; prior telesales/call-center experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of English and Hindi is preferred. [Add Punjabi/other languages if required.]
