Frelit Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Inside Sales Executive - B2B to drive sales of our On-Grid Solar Inverters ranging from 1.1 kW to 25 kW.

The candidate will be responsible for selling Frelit Energy's solar inverters to Solar EPC companies, dealers, distributors, solar installers and other business customers through phone calls and other inside-sales channels.

The role involves identifying potential business customers, generating leads, explaining our products, sharing quotations, regular follow-ups and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential Solar EPC companies, dealers, distributors and solar installers.
- Make regular outbound calls to generate B2B sales opportunities.
- Introduce and explain Frelit Energy's On-Grid Solar Inverter range.
- Understand customer requirements, project requirements and required inverter capacity.
- Recommend suitable inverter models based on customer requirements.
- Share product specifications,



pricing, quotations and other relevant information.
- Follow up with EPC companies, dealers and distributors to convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with channel partners.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and internal sales teams for order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer discussions, quotations, follow-ups and orders.
- Regularly update CRM/sales records and provide sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly sales and order-conversion targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
