We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, convert leads, and drive insurance sales across Motor, Health, and Travel Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell insurance products.
- Coordinate with agents and support agent recruitment and activation.
- Maintain good customer and team communication.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and goal-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
