Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business owners.

Understand customers' insurance requirements and financial needs.

Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, premium details, and policy features.

Generate new leads through cold calling, references, databases, and market research.

Qualify leads based on basic customer requirements and information.

Arrange meetings or calls with interested prospects.

Maintain regular follow ups with prospective clients and update lead status.

Build and maintain strong customer relationship.

Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.

Preferred Skills-

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and follow ups.

Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is an advantage.

Good relationship building and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheets/ CRM.
