Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, highly articulate Telesales Executive to generate leads, manage outbound calls, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume phone outreach to brick kiln owners to pitch products and consulting services.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Support: Answer product queries, handle objections,



and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up on potential leads to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, solid negotiation tactics, and active listening.
- Attributes: High resilience, target-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
