Test Engineer Skill Tele communication, JIRA, Test Planning 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing Hands-on experience in Telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, etc.) Exposure to Digital platforms in Telecom (self-care apps, web portals, mobile apps) Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Daily Status Reporting (DSR) Proven experience in System Integration Testing across multiple applications and vendors Positive understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane Basic knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts Experience in executing Agile and Waterfall projects Good knowledge on Automation & Performance Testing concepts, tools, process – Postman, Selenium / Playwright, JMeter Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external telecom stakeholders
