Job Role - Telecaller-Student Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Telecaller - Student Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students and understand their study-abroad goals.
- Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Provide initial guidance on suitable courses, universities and destinations.




- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Support the counselling and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records.
- Work towards defined enrolment and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate

- 1+ year of experience in overseas education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid telecalling and follow-up abilities.
- Professional, confident and target-oriented approach.
- Genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions.
