Company Description Phoenix Landmark is a growing real estate company with a solid presence across Navi Mumbai and Pune, focused on premium real estate developments and land investment opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller – Real Estate to join our Navi Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate enquiries and leads.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, locations and key features professionally.
- Regularly follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/database.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve calling and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in telecalling,



sales or real estate is preferred.
- Candidates with strong English communication skills will be given preference.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional approach.
