Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with enquiries.
- Make outgoing calls to prospective customers and explain our products or services.
- Follow up with interested customers and support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken Hindi.
- Valuable communication, listening and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in telecalling, sales and marketing.
- Basic computer skills.
