? Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Explain our products, applications, advantages, pricing and offers clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp. Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders. Take customer orders directly over the phone and coordinate with the sales/dispatch team.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and orders. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers. Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries to improve conversions. Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent calling and follow-up.
Contribute towards increasing repeat orders and overall sales.
