We are looking for a Telecaller – Admissions to connect with prospective students and parents, provide information about PGDM and PGDM Business Analytics programs, and support the admissions team in generating and following up on leads.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions

- Respond to enquiries and provide information about programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

- Identify interested candidates and convert enquiries into admission leads

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/spreadsheets

- Schedule counselling sessions and admission interactions

- Support the admissions team with regular follow-ups and lead updates

- Participate in admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities when required

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage

- Freshers are welcome;

experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone

- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools

- Solid follow-up and convincing skills

- Ability to meet targets and work in a team

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
