Tele Sales Executive Sanctity Ferme

Location: Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu (approx. 1.5 hours from Bengaluru)

Experience: 15 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Hospitality / Lifestyle preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries from campaigns, referrals and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Explain managed farmland projects and offerings confidently.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
- Coordinate site visits with customers and the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups and next actions in CRM.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified customers to the sales team.

Candidate Requirements:




- Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / Customer Engagement.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in lead qualification, follow-ups and conversions.
- Comfortable working with CRM and performance targets.
- Robust spoken English.
- Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Real Estate, Hospitality or Lifestyle sales experience preferred.
