About the Role

We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team in Indore.

The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce our IT services, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients.

The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling both domestic and international prospects, including making calls to clients in foreign countries and communicating professionally across different time zones.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with clients, a persuasive approach, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and businesses in India and foreign countries.
- Contact international prospects and introduce our IT services professionally.
- Communicate with clients from different countries and time zones.
- Introduce and explain our Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, and other IT services.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential project opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the technical/business team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
- Work towards monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects until the project is successfully closed.
- Coordinate with the team during the sales and project onboarding process.
- Handle objections professionally and communicate the value of our services effectively.





Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong spoken English and the confidence to communicate with international clients.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls.
- Willingness and ability to make cold calls to prospects in foreign countries.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients from different countries and cultures.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with potential clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT services.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

Candidates who have previous experience in telecalling, BDE, sales, lead generation, IT sales, international calling, or customer handling will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Incentives on Every Successful Project Closure
