Job Title: Outbound Calling Executive – Automobile Campaign

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week | 1 rotational weekly off

About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Calling Executive to join our automobile campaign. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, qualify their interest and book genuine appointments/inspections.

This is not a direct sales/closing role. You are not required to negotiate prices or close the final transaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
- Speak with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain the inspection/appointment process clearly.
- Qualify interested customers.
- Book genuine and qualified appointments.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update all calls, customer responses, follow-ups and appointments in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate customer information and dispositions.
- Meet daily productivity and appointment targets.
- Submit daily activity/performance updates to the Team Leader.




- Follow the approved calling script, process and quality guidelines.

Daily Performance Target
- Minimum 5 genuine, qualified appointments per working day, subject to lead availability and campaign quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates for every customer interaction.
- Maintain productive availability during the assigned shift.
- No fake, duplicate or forced appointments.

Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good listening and objection-handling ability.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, internet connection and headset.
- Previous telecalling/BPO/customer support experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can apply.
