- Outbound / Inbound Calls: Diye gaye database par customers ko call karna aur unhe company ke products/services ke baare me samjhana.

- Lead Generation: Cold calling ya warm leads ke zariye naye potential customers ko pehchanna aur interest generate karna.

- Customer Support: Customers ke sawaalon (queries) aur shikayaton (complaints) ka polite tareeqe se jawab dena.

- Follow-ups: Interest dikhane wale customers se regular follow-up lena taaki deal close ho sake.

- Data Management: Har call ka sahi record aur customer details CRM software ya Excel sheet me maintain karna.

- Targets: Company dwara diye gaye daily, weekly ya monthly calling aur sales targets ko poora karna.

Pay: ₹10,800.00 - ₹23,734.00 per month
