Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential interior designers, architects, freelancers and design studios.

- Explain the Zuhouz Design Partner Program, platform benefits and registration process.

- Generate interest and qualify designers based on experience, location, portfolio and business profile.

- Follow up with interested designers through calls and WhatsApp/email.

- Guide designers through the online registration and profile completion process.

- Coordinate collection of basic documents, portfolio, photographs and skilled information.

- Maintain regular follow-ups until successful partner onboarding.

- Maintain accurate call, lead and conversion records in CRM/Excel.

- Build and maintain a database of prospective designers and studios.

- Coordinate with the design/operations team for partner verification and activation.





- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, registrations and active partner onboarding.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of professional outbound calls.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

- Persuasive, confident and persistent in follow-ups.

- Basic understanding of interior design / architecture is preferred.

- Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp and online platforms.

- Target-oriented and capable of converting conversations into registrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
