Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using the assigned calling list.

- Communicate clearly and politely with customers/prospects in Hindi.

- Provide required information and handle basic customer queries.

- Maintain accurate calling records and update assigned trackers.

- Complete daily calling activities within specified timelines.

- Follow up with customers wherever required.

- Escalate call-related issues to the reporting supervisor.

- Handle multiple calls efficiently during the assigned shift.

Key Requirements

- Fluent Hindi communication

- Positive listening and interpersonal communication skills

- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls

- Basic smartphone handling skills

- Punctual, confident, and target-oriented

- Willingness to work from the office from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

- Own Android smartphone with Dual SIM capability is mandatory

- Company will provide calling data
