Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller – International Voice Process to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and previous experience handling international customers through voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
- Communicate with international customers and understand their requirements.
- Make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and generate leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




- Follow company communication standards and processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 + years of experience in International Voice Process / Telecalling .
- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with international customers is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can work from the office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad are required.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Prior experience in international BPO, telecalling, customer support, sales, or voice process will be an advantage.
