Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners.
- Explain job opportunities, earnings, incentives, and onboarding process.
- Convince and motivate candidates to join as delivery partners.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the joining process.
- Maintain candidate details and daily calling records.
- Achieve daily calling and joining goals.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team for successful onboarding.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi and Telugu preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.
