- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Generate new leads through calls, online sources, and other available channels.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and service team regarding customer enquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

- Convert enquiries into appointments, sales opportunities, or service requirements.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

- Perform other customer-related tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and polite telephone manner.

- Experienced in MS Office (Word , Excel etc)

- Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.

- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.

- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
