Job Summary

Go Local Digital is looking for confident and motivated Telecallers / Telecalling Executives to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for calling potential business clients, introducing our website and digital marketing services, understanding their requirements, following up with interested prospects, and helping generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Introduce Go Local Digital and explain our services
- Explain website development and digital marketing solutions
- Understand customer requirements
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients
- Maintain proper call and lead records
- Update lead status after every call
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain professional communication with clients

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge




- Good listening and convincing skills
- Ability to work with targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Freshers can also apply
