ITDaksh Education is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their career and training requirements, explaining suitable IT courses, and generating qualified leads and admissions.

The role requires regular communication with students and working professionals through phone calls and WhatsApp. The candidate should be comfortable handling enquiries, following up with leads, answering basic course related queries, and maintaining proper lead records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries
- Explain ITDaksh courses, training programs, batches, and course benefits
- Understand the student's career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and student queries professionally
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups,



and lead status
- Generate qualified leads and support the admissions process
- Handle basic objections related to course, fees, timing, and training
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team
- Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets

Required Skills
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Confident and skilled communication over phone
- Good convincing and follow up skills
- Ability to handle student enquiries patiently
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities
- Target oriented and self motivated approach
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or education industry will be an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
