- Handle incoming and outgoing call
- explain clearly about skin and hair treatments to client
- Generate leads through outbound and inbounds calls
- schedule appointments with doctor
- maintain daily call records, lead status and appointment data
- convert enquiries into clinic vists and appointments
requirement
- Positive communication skill in English, Hindi and telugu
- Telecalling/call center experience preferred
- Exprience in a skin and hair aesthetic or healthcare clinic will be added advantage
- Basic computer/CRM knoweledge
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
