Requirements
Positive Hindi communication.

Responsibilities
B2B cold calling and lead generation.
Odoo ERP and IT service prospects ko contact karna.
Client requirements understand karke qualified leads generate karna.
Product/service introduction and initial sales discussion.
Demo/meeting schedule karna.
Regular follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp and email.
CRM mein accurate lead and call records maintain karna.
Monthly calling, qualified-lead and meeting targets achieve karna.
Requirements
6 months–2 years telecalling/BDE experience preferred.
Good Hindi and basic-to-good English communication.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold calling.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Target-oriented approach.
Salary: ₹10,000–₹18,000/month + attractive incentives
