Telecaller – Loan Department

Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to various loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into loan cases.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in the loan/finance/banking sector is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and processes.
- Telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per month
