We are looking for a confident, friendly and result-oriented Telecaller / Patient Counsellor to handle incoming leads generated through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, phone calls and other digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective patients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant clinic services, following up with leads and converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.

Contact new leads promptly and understand their skin, hair or aesthetic concerns.

Explain clinic services such as:

Botox

Dermal Fillers

Skin Boosters

Laser Treatments

Hair Treatments

Chemical Peels

Hair Transplantation

Body Contouring / Aesthetic Procedures

Other dermatology and aesthetic treatments

Provide basic information about procedures, consultation process and appointment availability.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Follow up with leads who have not yet booked an appointment.

Maintain proper records of new leads, contacted leads, interested leads, booked appointments and lost leads.

Identify reasons for non-conversion such as price, timing, location, lack of response or treatment concerns.

Coordinate with doctors, counsellors and front-office staff for appointments.

Make reminder calls/messages to reduce appointment cancellations and no-shows.

Maintain skilled communication with patients and protect patient confidentiality.





Achieve monthly targets for lead follow-up, appointment bookings and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Telugu.

Hindi communication is an advantage.

Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.

Ability to confidently communicate with patients.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.

Experience in telecalling, healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, hospital, clinic or sales is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives

Salary will depend on experience and communication skills.
